Client is known for moving, award-winning productions and marketing campaigns featuring some of today's biggest stars. Client has been credited with transforming the broadcast direct marketing industry.

THE CHALLENGE

Client is interested in offering special product offers to their Indian customers. They have multiple offering to different group of customers. There are separate applications for Order management, Customer Management, Inventory Management that are to be integrated with the web system. The high end quality design and graphics are the key requirement for the project.

The whole project development was carried out following the complete project life cycle that includes the requirement gathering phase, architecture design phase, development phase, testing phase, UAT phase and finally delivery phase. The Iksula has developed the required ecommerce system with extreme customizations over the basic magento ecommerce framework. There were multiple integration points like Payment Gateways, CRM, OMS, Inventory modules, etc within the system.

The integrations involved used various APIs like SOAP and Simple Order.
