Designed Candidate Profile:

  • 3-4 years of work experience in Data Management, non-voice process BPO or KPOs. Experience in e-commerce content based processes will be an advantage
  • Should be comfortable in MS Office (especially Excel) along with a working knowledge of HTML and Photoshop
  • Good communication skills – comfort in speaking and writing in the English language
  • Should have experience in managing a large team (10-15 members)
  • Should have exposure in interacting with clients, especially overseas clients
  • Should be able to plan
  • Should have very high levels of ownership along with the ability to manage and deliver projects independently
  • Ability to get hands on, along with great problem solving attitude

Role Description:

  • Detailed understanding of each and every part of the process
  • Lead, motivate and train team members to ensure high efficiencies and quality
  • Execute projects himself / herself while getting the team also to execute
  • Continuous monitoring of project execution to ensure they are delivered as per planned timelines
  • Ability to communicate (written and orally) project specific doubts and issues with the client

Qualification: Graduation in any field
