We were beyond ecstatic when we got the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and innovate with the brightest minds in the eCommerce industry.
Here are our takeaways:
1) We noticed a great amount of excitement around Generative AI and what use cases it can impact in eCommerce, its content, customer service, and customer experience.
2) Fintech and Payment firms focusing on adding more services for merchants to improve retention which includes enabling more eCommerce functionality for their customers.
