How long does the Commerce Security Check take?
About two weeks if we already support your store, and two to three weeks if not.
Do you test on our live store?
No. Live systems stay read-only. Anything active runs on staging, at times you agree.
We already have Cloudflare or Akamai. Why do we need this?
Owning a tool is not the same as running it well. We tune the tools you already own to your real traffic.
Do you offer 24x7 monitoring or penetration testing?
Not ourselves. For a formal pen-test or round-the-clock monitoring, we bring a named partner and say so.
Do you check our AI shopping assistant too?
Yes, as an optional module. We test what it can see, say and do, including refunds and discounts.
Can you make us PCI compliant?
We don’t certify. We give your PCI assessor the evidence for the payment-page script requirements, 6.4.3 and 11.6.1.
