The season ends before the data is ready
One style becomes hundreds of records across colour, size and season. You sell it on your own site and on every platform that will carry it. And then a large share of it comes back. Iksula builds the product data, commerce and recovery operations that fashion and footwear brands actually run on.

Projects
A defined scope, a fixed outcome and a date. Best when the problem is understood and the answer is a build.

Dedicated teams
A standing team that works as an extension of yours. Best when the work is continuous and the domain takes time to learn.

Staff augmentation
Named specialists who join your team and report into your managers. A service delivery manager and an agreed service level sit behind them, so a staffing engagement can mature into owned outcomes.

Commerce Capability Centre
Your own commerce, data and AI capability, established and then transferred to you. We run the work while we build the team that will take it over.
Frequently asked questions
Can product content really be produced at season pace?
Yes, but only if the data model and the asset pipeline are built for it beforehand. Trying to accelerate content production inside a season that has already started does not work. The speed comes from the platform and the governed attribute model, not from adding people in week three.
Where does margin actually leak in a multi-platform fashion business?
In settlements and deductions, mostly. Each platform reports what it paid you in its own format, with its own fees, chargebacks and adjustments. Almost nobody reconciles all of it, because doing it by hand across several platforms is not realistic. Automating the comparison is the single highest-return piece of work available in this category.
Will better product data reduce returns?
It reduces the share of returns caused by wrong expectations — fit, colour, material, dimensions. That is a meaningful share of the total. It is also the cheapest to address, because the fix lives in a record you already own rather than in the product.
Do we need to move platform?
Usually not. We work on what you have — Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce Cloud, Shopify and Shopify Plus, and Pimcore, Akeneo or Salsify for product information. We migrate when the platform is genuinely the constraint, which is less often than platform vendors suggest.
Can you handle wholesale and direct at the same time?
That is the normal case in this category and it is the reason to govern the product record centrally. Wholesale partners, marketplaces and your own site should all draw from one master. When they do not, your brand shows up three different ways and the discrepancies become the conversation.
